Infrared Sauna

While traditional saunas work by heating the air around you, the light from an infrared sauna directly penetrates your skin. It raises your core body temperature from within, resulting in both cosmetic and health benefits. Infrared sauna therapy helps with: detoxification, weight loss, relaxation, skin clarification, insomnia, anxiety, and promoting the body’s natural anti-inflammatory response. If you’re new to infrared saunas, we recommend starting with a 30-minute session and slowly working your way up to 45 minutes. For best results, we recommend clients undergo 2 to 3 sessions weekly.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

The lymphatic drainage therapy stimulates the lymphatic system to push out metabolic toxin-filled fluid out of the body. Our therapy utilizes a non-invasive technique that applies pressure to various parts of the body to promote circulation and detoxification. This process helps to rid the body of cellular deposits and fluid buildup and increases the supply of oxygen and blood to the areas that need it the most.

Colon Hydrotherapy

Colon Hydrotherapy, also known as a colonic or colon irrigation treatment, is a safe, effective method of removing waste and toxicity in the large intestine, without the use of drugs. By introducing warm, filtered water into the colon, waste is softened and loosened, resulting in evacuation through natural peristalsis. This gentle process is repeated a few times during a session. Colon hydrotherapy eliminates the accumulated waste material from the bowel, which may get absorbed back into the system. If this absorption occurs, it may overwhelm the other detox pathways such as the liver, kidneys, lungs, and skin. Colonics help to support a more efficient digestive system.
