As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled treatment.
Extended Appointments (2 Hours or Longer)
Appointments of 2 hours or more require a $50 deposit at the time of booking which will be applied toward your total service cost.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment,
or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s), and the deposit is non-refundable.
Gift Certificate Policy
The full value of your gift certificate will be honored 90 days after the expiration date. There is a predetermined loss of value past the 90 day expiration period. Please call The Red Bloom Wellness Spa Director to discuss your redeemable amount at (301) 907-9001.
